Wayne adds 25 plus years of Industry business experience and knowledge to CSA. He has a Marketing and International Business Diploma along with a Certificate in Management from St. Mary’s University.

He has successfully completed his LC (Lighting Certified) certification from NCQLP and is a member of the IES. He is also a CLF (Certified Lighting Facilitator) from Philips and has completed various technical programs from our suite of premier Lighting, Lighting Controls and Electrical Manufacturers. Wayne is a long serving member of the IES and now serves the IES Halifax Section as one of the Advisory Board Members.

He has answered every career opportunity with commitment and a full steam ahead approach that began with a prominent independent Electrical Distributor, following an upward career move as a Regional Manager with a National Lighting Manufacturer, was co-founding partner of DTS Marketing Rep Agency in 2004, which successfully positioned itself as a leader in the Specification Market. DTS Marketing then merged with CSA Enterprises in 2013 in which Wayne enthusiastically committed to the expanded entity CSA has become.
