Director, Marketing and Business Development
The Director of Marketing and Business Development leads strategic planning and revenue generation for all IES organizational events while managing business development initiatives. This role oversees the complete lifecycle of conferences and events, develops sponsorship and partnership opportunities, and drives organizational growth through strategic marketing and partnership efforts. The position requires seamless coordination across departments including membership, education, and standards, while ensuring exceptional event experiences and measurable business results.
Director, Membership
The Director of Membership provides strategic leadership and oversight of membership programs, services, and engagement strategies for both IES and AES. This role is responsible for shaping the overall vision for member value, growth, retention, and satisfaction across both societies while ensuring alignment with each organization’s mission and strategic goals. The Director leads membership activities for both societies, serves as the primary liaison to their respective sections and districts, and represents the voice of members to leadership at both organizations.
Coordinator, Sales & Marketing
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in promoting the IES and associated brands, societies, programs, events, and publications while supporting revenue-generating activities such as sponsorship, event sponsorships and exhibits, advertising, and membership campaigns. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships, and assisting with sales initiatives that align with the Society’s strategic goals.
