This presentation explores the important relationship between light and architectural materials and how color, texture, reflectance, and finish influence the illuminated environment. Participants will learn to identify potential design coordination issues, better communicate material and lighting considerations to clients and owners, and understand how informed decisions can improve renderings, AI visualizations, and ultimately the finished space.
