Bill Chan received a Master of Science degree from Cranfield University, UK. In 1993, he was conferred by Shanghai Tongji University as Honorary Professor of Electrical Engineering. He worked at Clipsal China Limited manufacturing electrical switches, outlets, and luminaries for 12 years, eventually becoming Chairman. Since 2007, he has worked in the manufacturing and development of LED products. Bill is now the President of LiteController Inc., which specializes in circadian LED lighting products and WiFi – DALI control system for tunable white applications. He is the holder of a patent in LED packaging of 465 – 470 nanometer die.
