Born in Rome, Sara received her architecture degree from the Universitá degli Studi di Roma and her Master’s degree in Lighting Design & LED Technology from the Polytechnic University of Milano. She worked in firms both in Italy and New York before returning to Puerto Rico to manage architectural and lighting design projects both internationally and nationally.

Passionate about finishes, millwork, and details, Sara is a board-certified architect in Italy, as well as a trained lighting designer and part of the professional directory of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) .

She is also a professor at the University of Puerto Rico School of Architecture where she teaches the Lighting Design course.
