The Lighting Controls Association (LCA), a council of NEMA, has updated the Education Express course, EE105: Lighting Control System Design. The course, which serves as required reading to prepare for NALMCO’s Certified Lighting Controls Professional (CLCP) exam, is registered with the AIA Continuing Education System and recognized by the NCQLP. It is authored by C. Webster Marsh, principal of Penumbra Controls, with contributions from Craig DiLouie, education director for the LCA. The course is broken into three parts: Lighting Control System Intent, Planning and Coordination and Installation and Post-Occupancy, which provide a comprehensive take on disciplined lighting controls practices.
