Francis Krahe & Associates Project Receives AIACC 2021 Leading Edge Award

49 South Van Ness (San Francisco), designed by Francis Krahe & Associates, Inc, is the recipient of the AIACC 2021 Leading Edge Award. The prestigious program annually awards projects in California that exemplify innovative design. The 16-story office building, which serves as the new home of the City and County of San Francisco’s Offices and Consolidated Permit Center, uses energy-efficient “smart glass” to maximize comfortable sunlight and minimize glare. The project also won an Architectural Merit Award from AIA San Francisco.
