ETC, a provider of full-system lighting solutions for hotels, hospitals, museums, theaters and more, is now 100% employee owned via an expanded employee stock program. The changes come as the company reaches its 50th anniversary. James Foster (pictured), son of the company’s founder Fred Foster and current board member, said, “When we’re at our best, we are more than just a company. And now you own ETC, in totality. Its success is your success. I believe you’re going to take ETC to places we can only imagine. I can’t wait to work alongside you to make that happen.” The company will remain under the leadership of CEO Dick Titus.
