[6.1.2] An incandescent filament lamp or electric discharge lamp in which the outer blown-glass bulb is coated with a reflecting material so as to redirect the light (e.g., R- or ER-type lamps). The light-transmitting region may be clear, frosted, patterned, or phosphor coated.
