Michael Herf

Michael Herf is the co-creator of f.lux, a software program used by over 10 million people that adjusts the color and intensity of computer screens to help people wind down at night. He works to make lighting systems more dynamic and more comfortable, to support physiological needs like circadian rhythms and eye health. Previously he co-founded Picasa (as CTO) and started the Google Photos team. He spent his early years studying computer graphics and developing software for MetaCreations and Microsoft.
