Over 20 years ago, Glenn Shrum transitioned from architecture to lighting to pursue the creative opportunity of light’s profound effect on space and its inhabitants. He maintains a dual professional identity as Associate Professor of Lighting Design and Interdisciplinary Practice at Parsons School of Design in New York City and founding principal of Flux Studio. His lighting design experience includes a wide range of award-winning project of varying scales with specific emphasis on creative solutions that exceed client expectations while taking care to meet budget constraints.
