Industry Progress Report Committee

Purpose

To update the industry with developments in the art and science of lighting throughout the world and prepare a yearly review of achievements of the Society.

Scope

Included subject matter: This Committee reports on world-wide, innovative developments in lighting including electric light sources, luminaires, life safety equipment, power supplies, accessories, lighting controls, publications, materials, research, design tools, and solar-powered lighting systems.

Excluded subject matter: The use of lighting equipment in specific applications.
