New York, NY, January 11, 2017 — The Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IES) is pleased to announce and welcome Jennifer Marotta Collin as the Director of Member Services effective January 23, 2017.
Jennifer will be responsible for leading and managing all Society functions related to membership services. She will implement strategies to provide exceptional member services, and collaborate with other departments for recruitment and retention strategies to increase and maintain membership, nationally and internationally. Jennifer will also oversee the planning, on-site management, and execution of IES' annual conferences and programs.
Jennifer has over 12 years of experience growing membership at other organizations by implementing new data driven strategies. For the last 3 years, she led global membership growth and retention efforts for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) with over 70,000 members worldwide as the Manager of Global Membership Business Development. At ICSC, she created and managed meaningful relationships with individuals and firms from the finance, real estate and retail sectors that focus on shopping centers by directing all member aspects of membership from recruitment to retention while continuously evolving the ICSC membership value proposition. Previously, as the Senior Manager, Membership Development at the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), Jennifer oversaw membership development and premium member from firms across all industries.
